In less than 48 hours, central Indiana can let out a collective sigh of relief and say, “We did it.”
The Super Bowl in Indianapolis will be history by Monday morning, as the cleanup begins after a 10-day party the likes of which Naptown has never seen.
The entire region showed that the game is only a small part of what makes the Super Bowl such a, well, super event. The activities, the music and the atmosphere all came together to make the past several days among the most memorable in history.
But the accomplishments could not have been possible without the dedicated volunteers.
