Life Care Services, a company that provides management and professional services for continuing care and retirement communities, has announced several promotions at the company’s Greenwood office.
Anthony Greer has been appointed to the position of business development specialist. He joined the company in March.
His background includes retail management and sales experience in the Indianapolis area. As the business development specialist, he will manage purchasing at many senior living communities in a four-state region.
Eric Dudasko has been named director of operations management and will be responsible for supporting the executive directors, administrators and boards of six senior living communities. He will assist with operations and strategic planning for several facilities including Greenwood Village South in Greenwood.
Previously, Dudasko was executive director at a continuing care community in South Carolina.
He is a graduate of Indiana University and joined the company in 1997.
Laura Plummer has been appointed to the position of human resources recruiter. She joined the company in April.
She will be responsible for leading local and national recruiting work for the company’s operations division, filling executive director and administrator positions. She develops recruitment plans to identify potential candidates.
Plummer has more than 16 years’ experience in recruitment and human resources. Before joining the company, she served as human resources director for a federal contractor. She attended the University of Cincinnati.
Rick Pruett was named director of operations management.
His experience includes almost 14 years of work in the senior living communities industry. He began working at Life Care Services in May.
As director of operations management, he will offer direction to the managers, administrators and board members of five senior living communities in Michigan.
Susan Altman has been named director of operations management.
As a registered nurse, her experience includes 27 years of clinical expertise in long-term care, rehabilitative services and Medicare utilization.
She provides oversight and direction to six new Wellbrooke Centers for Health and Wellness throughout central Indiana. She is responsible for overseeing the financial and clinical outcomes of the centers.
Altman joined the company in 2006, most recently serving as director of clinical operations for the corporation. Before that, she served as director of nursing at Marquette Manor, a continuing care retirement community in Indianapolis.
She is a graduate of Marian University in Indianapolis.
