Center hosting celebrities, sports stars for NFL gala

Over the past few days, workers have been building a heated entrance around the Old National Centre in downtown Indianapolis.

The structure will lead celebrities such as Peyton Manning, Lenny Kravitz and Alec Baldwin from their limousines into the theater. Paparazzi will snap photos of celebrities and their dates in tuxes and clamor for shots of Jerry Rice and Deion Sanders.

For one night, the football world goes from green turf to the red carpet. The NFL Honors show will take the annual football awards ceremony and televise it in prime time. Famous musicians and movie stars will sit side-by-side with the NFL’s best.
