Tamika Catchings, who has missed most of the season due to a back injury, scored 23 points to lead the Indiana Fever past the Tulsa Shock 78-76 on Tuesday night.
Catching was 8 for 14 from the floor, including a 3-pointer, and was 6 of 7 from the foul line.
Former Notre Dame star Skylar Diggins had 23 points for Tulsa.
Earlier Tuesday it was announced that Catchings made the Eastern Conference’s starting lineup for the WNBA All-Star Game, which is July 19 in Phoenix.
Catchings, 34, who made her season debut Saturday, has not announced whether she would play in the game. She has been elected a starter in all nine All-Star Games played since her rookie season in 2002.
