A police dog tracked down two men who police say tried to break into a business near Bargersville.
Police arrested William R. Richey, 40, and Tony Richey, 41, on charges of burglary, theft and resisting law enforcement.
Around 1 a.m. Tuesday, police were called about an alarm at a business in the 3400 block of West County Road 250N. The alarm company told dispatchers that two men were seen inside the business, the report said.
A police dog tracked two men to a nearby wooded area, the report said. The two men were treated by emergency workers and taken to the hospital for dog bites, the report said.
William Richey, 11135 N. Shelby 490W, New Palestine, and Tony Richey, 11740 Julietta St., Indianapolis, were taken to the Johnson County jail, where each was being held on $12,000 bond.
