    900 block of Graham Street: Police responded at 7:19 p.m. Monday to a report of battery. According to the report, a man received facial cuts. A man was arrested.
    Criminal mischief
    800 block of Hospital Road: Police responded at 5:43 p.m. Monday to a report of slashed tires on a vehicle.
    Thefts
    Kohl’s, 415 Mallory Parkway: Police responded at 4:25 p.m. Monday to a report of two female shoplifters who stole clothing by taking them into a fitting room and then exiting the store, according to the report. Both were released on a summons to appear in court.
    1400 block of Lochry Road: Police responded at 10:13 a.m. Monday to a report of a theft of $30, a DVD player and prescription medication.

    10:05 a.m. Monday — County roads 75W and 300S: William L. Smith, 65, Franklin, reported chest pain.

    500 block of East County Line Road: Police responded at 7:13 a.m. Monday to a report of burglary.
    Criminal mischief
    400 block of Costa Mesa Drive: Police responded at 4:01 p.m. Monday to a report of a damaged car and house.
    Thefts
    Colony Park and Blakely drives: Police responded at 1:35 a.m. Tuesday to a report of attempted theft. Two people were arrested and charged with theft and possession of a controlled substance.
    Indy Auto Team, 1020 U.S. 31 South: Police responded at 5 p.m. and 5:59 p.m. Monday to a report of theft.
    Kroger, 3100 Meridian Parke Drive: Police responded at 4:40 p.m. Monday to a report of theft.
    Walmart, 1133 N. Emerson Ave.: Police responded at 4:17 p.m. to a report of criminal conversion. A woman was arrested, and recovered merchandise was valued at $200.
    J.C. Penney, 1251 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 1:47 p.m. Monday to a report of criminal conversion. Recovered merchandise was valued at more than $300.
