  • Franklin
    Thefts

    • 600 block of Yandes Street: A man reported at 1:36 p.m. Wednesday that someone entered his truck between 8 p.m. Tuesday and 1:36 p.m. Wednesday. Items stolen include an iPod, iPod charger and player, $12, trailer keys and three bottles of medication.
    • 1100 block of Hospital Road: A complainant reported at 3:02 p.m. Wednesday that an outside meter, air-conditioning unit, refrigerator, stove and water heater were stolen from the residence between 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. The complainant’s son is suspected.
    • Walmart, 2125 N. Morton St.: An employee reported at 4:40 p.m. Wednesday that a woman stole several toys, a planner and address book. The items retailed for $45.91. The woman was arrested and taken to the Johnson County jail.
    • Walmart, 2125 N. Morton St.: An employee reported at 9:11 p.m. Wednesday that a girl hid $29.76 worth of merchandise in her purse. She was arrested and taken to county juvenile detention center.
    Attempted burglary
    Best Buy, 2001 Commerce Parkway: An employee reported at 10:25 a.m. Wednesday that someone broke off the lock to a semitrailer between 6 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. Wednesday. Nothing was missing. Another trailer had been broken into a two or three weeks ago. A set of bolt cutters was found nearby.

    Thefts

    • Northeast Elementary School, 99 Crestview Drive: Police responded at 9:02 a.m. Wednesday to a report of theft of a wallet.
    • 900 block of Bull Run West Drive: Police responded at 3:48 p.m. Wednesday to a report of theft that occurred between midnight and 7 a.m. Wednesday.
    • Walmart, 1133 N. Emerson Ave.: Police responded at 9:19 p.m. Wednesday to a report of theft.
    Criminal mischief
    1200 block of Easton Point Drive: Police responded at 6:34 p.m. Wednesday to a report of criminal mischief to a residence and driveway that occurred between 1 and 8:30 a.m. Saturday.
    Personal-injury accident
    5:42 p.m. Wednesday — Main and Greenwood streets: Stephen A. Wade, 50, of Indianapolis, reported chest pain.

    Thefts

    • 200 block of Runyon Court: A woman reported at 10:18 a.m. Wednesday that a garage door opener and pack of cigarettes were stolen from her husband’s vehicle between 8 and 10:18 a.m. Wednesday.
    • 200 block of Erin Court: A woman reported at 11:46 a.m. Wednesday that her purse and a diaper bag were stolen from her car between 11:05 and 11:10 a.m. Wednesday.
    Forgery
    800 block of Valley Way Road: Complainants reported at 11:40 a.m. Wednesday that their checking account is overdrawn by $2,227.64. Several fraudulent checks were written between 6 a.m. Aug. 24 and 6 p.m. Wednesday. A family member is suspected.
    Criminal mischief
    Potomac Park: A man reported at 5:51 p.m. Wednesday that someone spray-painted graffiti on the playground equipment between 4 p.m. Aug. 26 and 2 p.m. Saturday. The equipment had just been cleaned.
    Battery
    1800 block of Crooked Lane: A woman reported at 6:32 p.m. Wednesday that her ex-husband grabbed her by the arm and pushed her out a door, causing her to fall on the ground and bruise her thigh and elbow.

    Hermion Torres, 32, 4484 Cornerstone Drive, Seymour; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held without bond.
    Taylor DA Johnson, 19, 1083 Fairlane Court, Franklin; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; released on $400 bond.
    William E. Wright, 39, 2633 Collier St., Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of driving while suspended with a previous conviction; held on $1,000 bond.
    Brock Anthony England, 20, 224 Back Creek Circle, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of probation revocation; released on $500 bond.
    Shane Ray Anderson, 32, 200 S. Stevens St., Trafalgar; arrested on a charge of bond forfeiture; held without bond.
    DJ Sentelle Luckett, 29, 1336 Blue Heron Lane, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender; held on $6,000 bond.
    Benjamin C. Fergason, 21, 11 Hidden Bay Drive, Apt. C, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of probation revocation; held without bond.
    Monica Leann McKimmy, 25, 8207 Carmel Ridge Road, Morgantown; arrested on a charge of theft or receiving stolen property; released on $3,000 bond.
    Travis Robert Ludlow, 22, 829 Delbrook Drive, New Whiteland; arrested on charges of theft or receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia; held on $7,000 bond.
    Ronald Walter Moore, 40, 1199 Hospital Road, Lot 256, Franklin; arrested on charges of bond forfeiture and invasion of privacy; held without bond.
    Enrique Villa, 35, 2033 Freemont Drive, Columbus; arrested on a charge of driving without ever receiving a license; held without bond.
    Robert S. Greggs, 23, 605 W. Pearl St., Trafalgar; arrested on a charge of driving while suspended with a previous conviction; released on $1,000 bond.
    Paul B. Kincer, 50, 1974 Peck St., Greenwood; arrested on charges of possession of marijuana or hashish and public intoxication; held on $2,000 bond.
    James Rezek Rule, 40, 3338 Suffolk Court, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of probation revocation; held without bond.
    Rhonda Rene Russell, 43, 1376 Fiesta Drive, Franklin; arrested on an out-of-county warrant; held without bond.
    Larry L. Johnson, 49, 2480 Woodfield Blvd., Franklin; arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication; held on $2,000 bond.
    The following people recently were arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated and booked into jail:
