Thefts
Franklin United Methodist Community, 1070 W. Jefferson St.: A resident reported at 9:40 a.m. Friday that two rings were missing from her room.
300 block of North Home Avenue: A man reported at 9:22 p.m. Saturday that his mo-ped was stolen from the front of his home.

Personal-injury accident
4 p.m. Thursday — County Road 800S and U.S. 31: Nichole A. Holland, 32, Columbus; Jason K. Browning, 28, Jeffersonville; Lyle E. Smith, 32, Columbus; and Anthony V. Harper, 34, Indianapolis. Smith reported body pain.
Fraud
200 block of Fairfax Lane: A woman reported at 8:07 p.m. Sunday that she left her wallet on the counter of a gas station. When she returned for it, the wallet was gone and a debit card has been used fraudulently at Target.
