• 5:53 a.m. Friday — State Road 44 and State Road 135: Walter A. Gerholt Jr. 41, Trafalgar; Courtney R. Cruz, 21, Bloomington, reported lower leg, foot or knee pain

• 3:07 p.m. Thursday — Mauxferry Road and County Road 300S: Kenneth Anthony Pugh, 66, reported a facial cut.

• The following person recently was arrested and booked into the Johnson County jail:

• Tabitha Marie Zook, 26, 552 Shady Brook Heights, Greenwood; arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court; held without bond.
