• Attempted crime

• Fox’s Den Self Storage, 2660 N. Morton St.: Police responded at 6:04 p.m. Thursday to a report of a cut padlock on a storage unit.

• Theft

• 1800 block of Lakeside Drive: Police responded at 12:41 a.m. Friday to a report of someone entering an unlocked apartment and taking pictures of children and a watch.

• Personal-injury accident

• 7:05 a.m. Thursday — U.S. 31 and Commerce Drive: Serena M. Mora, 32, Franklin, reported chest pain; Rita L. Jones, 69, Franklin, reported a bruised elbow or lower arm; Ashlee A. Inabnitt, 28, Franklin, reported pain in a lower leg, foot or knee.

• Attempted crime

• 100 block of Crossroads Drive: Police responded at 9:39 a.m. Tuesday to a report of someone attempting to use a key to gain entry at Eoff Electrical, 120 Crossroads Drive.

• Burglary

• First block of Trails End: Police responded at 4:16 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft.

• Criminal mischief

• 1100 block of Meriman Drive: Police responded at 8:18 a.m. Wednesday to a report of someone shattering a car window with a brick.

• Fraud

• Greenwood Police Department, 186 Surina Way: Police took a report at the station at 11:45 a.m. Thursday regarding a scam in which $1,800 was stolen.

• Thefts

• Greenwood Park Mall, 1251 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 7:06 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft.

• Report taken at police station: Police responded at 2:44 p.m. Thursday to a report of several thousand dollars worth of equipment stolen from a company by a former employee.

• 100 block of Timberline Drive: Police responded at 2:02 p.m. Thursday to a report of a stolen diamond ring.

• 3130 block of Meridian Parke Drive: Police responded at 7:46 a.m. Thursday to a report of theft.

• Circle K, 800 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 12:14 a.m. Tuesday to a report of theft.

• Buffalo Wild Wings, 1077 N. Emerson Way: Police responded at 1:11 p.m. Monday to a report of someone breaking into a van and stealing $600.

• Criminal mischief

• Fireside Brewery, 997 County Line Road: Police responded at 1:41 p.m. Monday to a report of criminal mischief.

• Larry D. Rhoda, 68, 2106 N. Centerline Road, Franklin; arrested on a charge of child molesting; held on $8,000 bond.

• Nhlanhla Charmine Chanakira, 32, 448 W. Adams St., Franklin; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $100 bond.

• Nancy Lee Machlan, 38, 232 Crestwood Drive, New Whiteland; arrested on a charge of battery; released on $3,000 bond.

• James Eric Johnston, 41, homeless, New Whiteland; arrested on a charge of criminal trespass; held on $1,000 bond.

• Elias Sanuel Castro Perez, 29, 51 N. Sherman Drive, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of driving without ever receiving a license and on a Shelby County warrant; held without bond.
