    Burglary

    500 block of East Jefferson Street: Police responded at 7:29 a.m. Thursday to a report of a break-in to an office building; several items were taken.
    Thefts
    First block of North Home Avenue: Police responded at 4:52 p.m. Thursday to a report of a shovel and black trash cans that were stolen.
    First block of North Home Avenue: Police responded at 4:33 p.m. Thursday to a report of a stolen beanbag game and set of golf clubs.
    Walmart, 2125 N. Morton St.: Police responded at 2:29 p.m. Thursday to a report of shoplifting. Three people were arrested on charges of theft.
    Earlywood building, 500 E. Earlywood Drive: Police responded at 8:03 a.m. Thursday to a report of a student stealing walkie-talkies and then giving them back.

    Theft

    First block of West County Road 700N: Police responded at 10:40 a.m. Thursday to a report of stolen license plates.
    Jail bookings
    The following people recently were arrested and booked into the Johnson County jail:
    Joseph M. Barlage, 30, 3271 Limber Pine Drive, Whiteland; arrested on a charge of domestic battery; held on $1,000 bond.
    David Jaggers, 33, 7203 Chimney Rock Court, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of driving while suspended with a previous conviction; held on $1,000 bond.
    Joyce Marie Harris, 32, 1101 Bo-Mar Lane, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of driving while suspended with a previous conviction; released on $1,000 bond.
    Kyrin A. Fetz, 19, 1619 Preidt Circle, Franklin; arrested on a charge of theft; released on $3,000 bond.
    Jason Joseph Bluhm, 19, 235 Lynhurst St., Franklin; arrested on a charge of theft; held on $3,000 bond.
    Ulice C. Orr, 51, 3107 Brouse Ave., Apt. B, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of driving while suspended with a previous conviction; released on $1,000 bond.
    Sarah Deaton, 19, 235 Lynhurst St., Franklin; arrested on a charge of theft; released on $3,000 bond.

    Eric Todd Olesek, 32, 23 Hidden Bay Drive, Apt. J, Greenwood; also arrested on a charge of criminal mischief; held on $2,000 bond.
    Jesse Cleveland Bender, 37, 3929 N. Irvington Ave., Indianapolis; held on $1,000 bond.
