Franklin

• Thefts

• Kohl’s, 415 Mallory Parkway: Police responded at 5:01 p.m. Thursday to a report of shoplifting. A woman was arrested after admitting to a theft of

• earrings.

Personal-injury accident

• 2:57 p.m. Thursday — Jefferson Street and Home Avenue: Whitney J. Turner, 21, Bargersville; Dana McDonald, 54, Franklin, reported back pain.

Greenwood

• Criminal mischief

• Colonial Way and Hillcrest Drive: Police responded at 2:35 p.m. Wednesday to a report of slashed tires on a vehicle. An individual confessed to the crime, according to the report.

• Kmart, 860 U.S. 31 South: Police responded at 1:24 p.m. Wednesday to a report of criminal mischief.

Thefts

• Sears, 1251 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 8:23 p.m. Wednesday to a report of juvenile shoplifting. The juvenile was arrested and released to a parent. The merchandise totaled $186.48.

• The Buckle, 1251 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 5:07 p.m. Wednesday to a report of shoplifting. A juvenile was arrested for theft.

• 300 block of Highland Drive: Police responded at 4:12 p.m. Wednesday to a report of stolen tools.

• 400 block of U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 10:39 a.m. Wednesday to a report of a stolen license plate.

• 600 block of Eugene Court: Police responded at 10:01 a.m. Wednesday to a report of a stolen laptop computer taken from a vehicle.

• First block of Eastridge Drive: Police responded at 7:42 a.m. Wednesday to a report of theft.

Personal-injury accident

• 5:56 p.m. Wednesday — State Road 135 and Demaree Road: Jill R. Bradley, 22, Greenwood; Jared J. Sabelhaus, 31, Greenwood, reported neck pain.

Property-damage accidents

• 2:56 p.m. Tuesday — State Road 135 and Library Boulevard

• 7:46 p.m. Wednesday — Stop 18 Road and County Road 75E

• 12:20 p.m. Wednesday — Main Street and Interstate 65

Johnson County

• Battery

• Johnson County Jail, 1091 Hospital Road, Franklin: Police responded at 7:56 p.m. Thursday to a report of a fight between two inmates. One man was seen with visible facial injuries.

Theft

• 5300 block of South County Road 700E: Police responded at 11:56 a.m. Thursday to a report of a stolen

• mo-ped.

• Carli Hemphill, 22, 1620 S. East St., Indianapolis; arrested on charges of aiding, inducting or causing an offense; held on $23,000 bond.

• Gregory Alan Cravens, 51, homeless, Edinburgh; arrested on warrants for failing to appear in court; held on $330 bond.

• Lyndsey Marie Miller, 27, 891 Curlew Lane, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of driving while suspended with a previous conviction; held on $500 bond.

• Darin Wimsatt, 26, 377 S. Audubon Road, Indianapolis; arrested for probation revocation; held without bond.

• Christopher RL Nicholson, 23, 106 E. East St., Brooklyn; arrested for probation revocation; held without bond.

• Samuel James Ellis, 27, 2414 Bechwith Drive, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of violation of community corrections; held on $1,000 bond.

• Charles O. McCormick, 46, 143 Stoneybrook Drive, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of maintaining a common nuisance; held on $3,000 bond.

• Jana M. Garry, 49, 3633 Olive Branch Road, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of interference with reporting a crime; released on $2,000 bond.

• Jolie Ruth Hogue, 20, 257 S. Tower St., Trafalgar; arrested on a charge of theft or receiving stolen property; released on $3,000 bond.

• Kenneth Ray Sallee, 55, 6001 U.S. 31 South, Greenwood; arrested on charges of criminal mischief, criminal trespass, a warrant for failing to appear in court and a charge of invasion of privacy; held without bond.

• Coy M. Simpson, 26, 404 Toner St., homeless, Edinburgh; arrested on a charge of criminal conversion; held on $2,000 bond.

• Robert Moran Vasquez, 28, 954 Dover Drive, Apt. 1517, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of parole violation; held without bond.

• Jason A. Phillips, 33, 5103 Duncan Road, Monroe, N.C.; arrested on a

• warrant for failing to appear in court; released on $100 bond.

• Joshua Adam Anderson, 28, 149 Bradford Place, New Whiteland; arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court; held on $166 bond.

The following people recently were arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and booked into jail:

• Catherine L. Buchanan, 59, 1858 Kathy St., Greenwood; released on $1,000 bond.

• Pamela L. Moore, 53, 370 McCarty Drive, Greenwood; held on $1,000 bond.
