• Battery

• 400 block of North Main Street: Police responded at 6:03 p.m. Thursday to a report of battery between a man and a woman.

Criminal mischief

• Circle K BP, 349 N. Morton St.: Police responded at 9:28 a.m. Thursday to a report of writing in black paint on the building and trash bin storage area.

• 1500 block of Douglas Drive: Police responded at 8:03 a.m. Thursday to a report of a spray-painted vehicle with a shattered back window.

Fraud

• Relax Inn, 176 Lovers Lane: Police responded at 8:22 a.m. Thursday to a report of credit card fraud.

Residential entry

• 1000 block of Orchard lane: Police responded at 11:14 a.m. Thursday to a report of someone attempting to break into a home through a window.

• 100 block of North Water Street: Police responded at 9:59 p.m. Thursday to a report of two stolen ladders.

• 799 block of Yandes Street: Police responded at 9:07 p.m. Thursday to a report of identity theft and fraudulent activity on a bank account.

• Walmart, 2125 N. Morton St.: Police responded at 7:32 p.m. Thursday to a report of an employee committing theft.

• Walmart, 2125 N. Morton St.: Police responded at 3:26 p.m. Thursday to a report of shoplifting.

Property-damage accidents

• 9:10 a.m. Thursday — I-65 at mile-marker 90

• 5:05 p.m. Thursday — Westview Drive and U.S. 31

• 8:14 a.m. Thursday — I-65 at mile-marker 90

Greenwood

• Burglary

• 400 block of Alton Drive: Police responded at 2:06 p.m. Thursday to a report of burglary.

Criminal mischief

• Red Carpet Inn, 1117 E. Main St.: Police responded at 5:51 a.m. Friday to a report of criminal mischief.

Domestic battery

• 900 block of Kings Mill Road: Police responded at 11:51 p.m. Thursday to a report of domestic battery. A man was arrested on charges of battery, domestic battery and reckless possession of paraphernalia.

Fraud

• 100 block of Surina Way: Police received a report at 2:24 p.m. Thursday of fraudulent activity with a Social Security account.

Thefts

• Greenwood Park Mall lot, 1251 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 3:04 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft.

• Culver’s, 320 S. State Road 135: Police responded at 2:25 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft from a vehicle.

• Greenwood Park Mall lot, 1251 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 2:20 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft.

Personal-injury accident

• 5:19 p.m. Thursday — State Road 37 and County Road 900 North: Daisy R. Josleyn, 28, Benton, Ky., reported minor facial bleeding; Kathryn B. Johnston, 34, Indianapolis, reported back pain; Teresa A. Davis, 50, Carmel.

Property-damage accidents

• 5:30 p.m. Thursday — U.S. 31 and Declaration Drive

• 5:35 p.m. Thursday — Smith Valley Road and U.S. 31

Jail bookings

The following people recently were arrested and booked into the Johnson County jail:

• Prince Angel Rivera, 35, 7717 Santa Monica Drive, Apt. B, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of theft or receiving stolen properties; released on $3,000 bond.

• Zel Chum, 21, arrested on a charge of public intoxication; held on $1,000 bond.

• Kenneth Andrew Zook, 49, 7 Lee Drive, Apt. B, Martinsville; arrested on a charge of nonsupport of a child; held on $8,000 bond.

• Stefan M. Foster, 22, 503 Center St., Whiteland; arrested on a charge of driving while suspended with a previous conviction; released on $1,000 bond.

• Luis Morales, 56, 2541 Mayhew Drive, Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $5,000 bond.

The following person recently was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated and booked into jail:

• Spence B. Brown, 44, 16 Beech Road, Apt. 15, Marietta, Ga.; held on $1,000 bond.
