• Criminal mischief

• 2100 block of Galaxy Drive: Police responded at 11:23 p.m. Monday to a report of a group of people throwing rocks from a moving car and hitting a parked car in a driveway. Police apprehended those believed to be involved and arrested one for possession of marijuana. Other juveniles involved were released to their

• parents.

• 2800 block of Fieldstone Court: Police responded at 10:11 a.m. Monday to a report of a garage door splattered with mustard and lotion. According to the report, several other such incidents had occurred in the neighborhood.

• First block of West Jefferson Street: Police responded at 8:45 a.m. Monday to a report of a shattered front glass door.

• Thefts

• 300 block of West Jefferson Street: Police responded at 11:58 a.m. Monday to a report of missing medication.

• Countryview Mobile Homes, 1199 Hospital Road: Police responded at 11:57 a.m. Monday to a report of a stolen mobile home hitch valued at $200.

• Work One, 99 Lovers Lane: Police responded at 8:21 a.m. Monday to a report of a stolen mailbox, which was later found.

• Personal-injury accident

• 12:10 p.m. Monday — U.S. 31 and Lemley Street: Michael J. Rembusch, 63, Franklin; Jonathan F. Wilson, 48, Indianapolis, reported pain.

• Property-damage accident

• 2:56 p.m. Monday — St. Andrews and Paris drives

• Thefts

• 1100 block of North Paz Drive: Police responded at 11:40 p.m. Monday to a report of theft.

• Bob Evans, 159 Marlin Drive: Police responded at 8:39 p.m. Monday to a report of theft. A man was issued a summons for a charge of criminal conversion.

• 100 block of Mystic Springs Drive: Police responded at 7:26 p.m. Monday to a report of a cellphone stolen from a vehicle.

• 5:35 p.m. Monday — Main Street and Sheek Road

• Burglary

• 300 block of Leisure Lane: Police responded at 4:18 p.m. Monday to a report of someone breaking into a shed and stealing a yard tool.

• Jail bookings

• The following people recently were arrested and booked into the Johnson County jail:

• James Allen White, 21, 7411 Oak Mill Court, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of probation revocation; held on $500 bond.

• Kyle A. Gillespie, 23, 896 Young St., Franklin; arrested on a charge of violation of community corrections; held without bond.

• Justine Marie Moore, 18, 720 Wooddale Terrace, Apt. 16, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of battery; released on $1,000 bond.

• Shelly Jean Carter, 33, 540 N. Alabama St., Indianapolis; arrested on an out-of-state warrant and on a charge of driving while suspended with a previous conviction; held without bond.

• Thomas Gabriel John Rivera, 19, 637 Cembra Drive, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of probation revocation; held without bond.

• Christopher Monroe Aubuchon, 39, 1565 Southwood St., Lot 404, Greenwood; arrested on charges of residential entry and theft; held on $26,000 bond.

• Melissa J. Summers, 20, 1250 N. Lakeview Circle, Franklin; arrested on a charge of possession, consumption or transportation of alcohol by a minor; released on $1,000 bond.

• Tomey M. Deel, 18, 2184 Meadow Glen Blvd., Franklin; arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana; released on $1,000 bond.

• Ashlee N. Smith, 21, 618 Brookville Ave., Indianapolis; arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication; held on $4,000 bond.

• The following people recently were arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and booked into jail:

• Mari Lynne Phelan, 42, 17 Christy Drive, Greenwood; held without bond.

• Elizabeth A. Nelson, 31, 4717 E. 11th St, Indianapolis; held on $3,000 bond.
