    800 block of Hospital Road: Police responded at 5:23 p.m. Monday to a report of several items stolen from a vehicle, including cigarettes, $5 and prescription medication.
    Verizon, 2199 N. Morton St.: Police responded at 11:06 a.m. Monday to a report of a stolen display phone valued at $799.99.
    800 block of Windstar Boulevard: Police responded at 10:04 a.m. Monday to a report of a GPS unit taken from an unlocked vehicle.
    200 block of Province Street: Police responded at 9:59 a.m. Monday to a report of a catalytic converter taken from a vehicle.
    1100 block of West Jefferson Street: Police responded at 11:40 a.m. Monday to a report of cash stolen from a safe that was broken into.

    1900 block of Hurley Street: Police responded at 5:30 p.m. Monday to a report of a lawnmower taken from a yard.

    5400 block of Lacy Court: Police responded at 12:05 a.m. Tuesday to a report of the theft of a $1,200 bow, arrows, a release and a range finder.

    Jackie L. Fleming, 32, 1167 S. Ewing St., Indianapolis; arrested on charges of driving while suspended with a previous conviction and leaving the scene of a property-damage accident; held on $4,000 bond.
    Derek Morton, 20, 234 Cottonwood Lane, Apt. E, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of driving without ever receiving a license; held on $1,000 bond.
