• 800 block of Hospital Road: Police responded at 5:23 p.m. Monday to a report of several items stolen from a vehicle, including cigarettes, $5 and prescription medication.

• Verizon, 2199 N. Morton St.: Police responded at 11:06 a.m. Monday to a report of a stolen display phone valued at $799.99.

• 800 block of Windstar Boulevard: Police responded at 10:04 a.m. Monday to a report of a GPS unit taken from an unlocked vehicle.

• 1200 block of Stonehedge Drive: Police responded at 10:12 p.m. Monday to a report of theft.

• 1133 N. Emerson Ave.: Police responded at 9:40 p.m. Monday to a report of theft. A man was arrested on a charge of theft for stealing items valued at $25.92.

• 900 block of Fry Road: Police responded at 6:48 p.m. Monday to a report of a stolen wallet.

• 1900 block of Hurley Street: Police responded at 5:30 p.m. Monday to a report of a lawnmower taken from a yard.

• Jonathan Lee Myers, 22, 7263 N. County Road 700W, Fairland; arrested on a charge of driving while suspended with a previous conviction; held on $1,000 bond.

• Jackie L. Fleming, 32, 1167 S. Ewing St., Indianapolis; arrested on charges of driving while suspended with a previous conviction and leaving the scene of a property-damage accident; held on $4,000 bond.

• Derek Morton, 20, 234 Cottonwood Lane, Apt. E, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of driving without ever receiving a license; held on $1,000 bond.

• Lori Denise Buskirk, 41, 835 S. Old U.S. 31, Lot 20, Franklin; arrested on a charge of public intoxication; held on $1,000 bond.
