Jefferson Street Pub, 90 E. Jefferson St.: Police responded at 7:51 p.m. Monday to a report of battery with injury in which a man was seen bleeding from the face. Joshua Rose was arrested on an outstanding warrant for dealing and possession of heroin.
Criminal mischief
Province Park, 300 Branigin Blvd.: Police responded at 8:36 p.m. Monday to a report of spray-painting vandalism.
Thefts
Speedway, 701 W. Adams St.: Police responded at 10:35 p.m. Monday to a report of items stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the parking lot.
Circle K, 349 N. U.S. 31 Police responded at 3:28 p.m. Monday to a report of a woman stealing food from the store.
1900 block of Puller Place: Police responded at 9:46 a.m. Monday to a report of stolen bank card that was used fraudulently.

First block of South Park Boulevard: Police responded at 4:35 p.m. Monday to a report of fraud.
Kroger, 2200 Independence Drive: Police responded at 12:22 p.m. Monday to a report of attempted identity theft via telephone.
Thefts
Kohl’s, 550 Fry Road: Police responded at 6:37 p.m. Monday to a report of theft. Zachary Little and a juvenile were arrested on charges of theft.
700 block of Wooddale Terrace: Police responded at 1:08 pm. Monday to a report of theft. Kyle E. Doughty and Bryan B. Broaddus were arrested in the incident.
1800 block of Blue Lake Drive: Police responded at 12:14 p.m. Monday to a report of identity theft.
J.C. Penney, 1251 N. U.S. 31: Police responded at 10:57 a.m. Monday to a report of theft.
