Franklin

• Battery

• Jefferson Street Pub, 90 E. Jefferson St.: Police responded at 7:51 p.m. Monday to a report of battery with injury in which a man was seen bleeding from the face. Joshua Rose was arrested on an outstanding warrant for dealing and possession of heroin.

Criminal mischief

• Province Park, 300 Branigin Blvd.: Police responded at 8:36 p.m. Monday to a report of spray-painting vandalism.

Thefts

• Speedway, 701 W. Adams St.: Police responded at 10:35 p.m. Monday to a report of items stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the parking lot.

• Circle K, 349 N. U.S. 31 Police responded at 3:28 p.m. Monday to a report of a woman stealing food from the store.

• 1900 block of Puller Place: Police responded at 9:46 a.m. Monday to a report of stolen bank card that was used fraudulently.

Property-damage accident

• 10:05 a.m. Monday — 325 Minuteman Way

• Criminal mischief

• 200 block of North Greenbriar Drive: Police responded at 5:27 p.m. Monday to a report of a damaged mailbox.

• Ten Truly Nails, 210 S. Emerson Ave.: Police responded at 1:55 p.m. Monday to a report of theft from a vehicle.

Fraud

• First block of South Park Boulevard: Police responded at 4:35 p.m. Monday to a report of fraud.

• Kroger, 2200 Independence Drive: Police responded at 12:22 p.m. Monday to a report of attempted identity theft via telephone.

Thefts

• Kohl’s, 550 Fry Road: Police responded at 6:37 p.m. Monday to a report of theft. Zachary Little and a juvenile were arrested on charges of theft.

• 700 block of Wooddale Terrace: Police responded at 1:08 pm. Monday to a report of theft. Kyle E. Doughty and Bryan B. Broaddus were arrested in the incident.

• 1800 block of Blue Lake Drive: Police responded at 12:14 p.m. Monday to a report of identity theft.

• J.C. Penney, 1251 N. U.S. 31: Police responded at 10:57 a.m. Monday to a report of theft.

• Murphy Oil USA, 1235 N. Emerson Ave.: Police responded at 10:43 a.m. Monday to a report of theft.

• 500 block of Nicole Drive: Police responded at 10:39 a.m. Monday to a report of a catalytic converter cut from a vehicle.

• Murphy Oil USA, 1235 N. Emerson Ave.: Police responded at 8:32 a.m. Monday to a report of theft.

• 5:47 p.m. Thursday — Madison Avenue and Main Street

The following people recently were arrested and booked into the Johnson County jail:

• Amber Michelle Montgomery, 28, 5235 Deck Road, Gosport; arrested on a warrant for failing to appear in court; held without bond.

• Michael Berg Fulp, 39, 8715 Pleasant Lake Court, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of driving while suspended with a prior conviction; released on $1,000 bond.

• Tumara F. Burton, 24, 52 Hemen St., Columbus; arrested on three out-of-county warrants; held without bond.

• Christian Tyler Boruff, 18, 804 W. Valley View Drive, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of bond forfeiture; held without bond.

• MacKenzie Lynn Smith, 19, 750 Johnson Ave., Franklin; arrested on a charge of driving while suspended; held on $1,000 bond.

• Lexie Ann Sullens, 28, 927 Kings Mill Road, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of theft or receiving stolen property; held on $3,000 bond.

• David Nelson Clegg, 25, 1211 Janet Drive, Greenwood; arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana; held on $1,000 bond.

• Kyle E. Doughty, 25, 3018 San Jose Drive, Greenwood; arrested on charges of theft or recieving stolen property and false reporting or informing; held on $8,000 bond.

• Bryan Boyd Broaddus, 23, 113 Jordan Drive, Franklin; arrested on charges of burglary and false reporting or informing; held on $42,000 bond.

• Cory Edward Williams, 28, 2192 Bridlewood Drive, Franklin; arrested on a charge of dealing in a schedule IV controlled substance; held on $8,000 bond.

• Casey Marie Osterman, 20, 903 E. Huntstead Lane, Indianapolis; arrested for probation revocation; held without bond.

• Joshua David Rose, 27, 2449 Cope Road, Martinsville; arrested on a Morgan County warrant; held without bond.

• Kevin Christopher Wade, 21, 431 Wells Fargo Road, Mooresville; arrested for probation revocation; held without bond.
