2000 block of Acorn Road: Police responded at 7:15 p.m. Thursday to a report of a dispute among several people in a household. Two people were told to leave. A man was arrested.
Fraud
Check Masters, 225 N. Morton St.: Police responded at 5:49 p.m. Thursday to a report of someone attempting to sell an item online. The person selling the item was told to wire a certain amount of money from a fraudulent $2,3000 check that was sent for the transaction.

Qdoba Mexican Grill, 795 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 4:50 a.m. Friday to a report of the front door of the business being forced open.
900 block of Coventry Court: Police responded at 9:14 p.m. Thursday to a report of an attempted burglary.
Criminal mischief
J.C. Penney, 1251 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 3:32 p.m. Thursday to a report of someone spraying silly string on a vehicle in the parking lot.

600 block of North Meridian Street: Police responded at 9:12 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft.
Macy’s, 1251 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 8:21 p.m. Thursday to a report of shoplifting. A woman was arrested on a charge of theft.
Kohl’s, 550 Fry Road: Police responded at 4:09 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft. William J. Turner was arrested on a charge of theft.
1100 block of East Main Street: Police responded at 3:22 p.m. Thursday to a report of someone renting a room and not paying for it.
First block of Broadway Street: Police responded at 11:52 a.m. Thursday to a report of theft.
1100 block of Fairfax Court: Police responded at 10:01 a.m. Thursday to a report of theft from an unlocked vehicle.
1000 block of Springwater Drive: Police responded at 8:30 a.m. Thursday to a report of a purse stolen from an unlocked vehicle in an unlocked garage.
1100 block of Fairfax Court: Police responded at 8:13 a.m. Thursday to a report of theft from an unlocked vehicle.
700 block of Commerce Parkway West: Police responded at 9:02 a.m. Thursday to a report of theft from a business.

4600 block of Water’s Edge Way: Police responded at 12:57 p.m. Thursday to a report of a cable box being tampered with at a house that was egged.
Theft
4000 block of Mountbatton Drive: Police responded at 7:15 a.m. Friday to a report of a vehicle that was broken into and a GPS was stolen.
