    Attempted crime
    100 block of Circle Drive: A man reported at 3:04 p.m. Wednesday that someone entered his car and rummaged around.
    Thefts
    First block of Martin Place: A man reported at 3:09 p.m. Wednesday that someone entered his garage and stole electrical wire.
    Kroger, 1700 N. Morton St.: An employee reported at 3:40 p.m. that a man removed two razors from a package and hid them in his pockets.
    First block of Circle Drive: A man reported at 6:39 p.m. Wednesday that someone entered his vehicle and stole a cellphone and digital navigation unit holder.
    Shoplifting
    Walmart, 2125 N. Morton St.: An employee reported at 3:24 p.m. Wednesday that two children attempted to steal more than $100 in clothes.

    2400 block of East Main Street: Police responded at 2:44 p.m. Tuesday to a report of theft of tools.
    300 block of West Pearl Street: Police responded at 6:59 a.m. Wednesday to a report of a stolen digital music player.
    Criminal mischief
    400 block of West Wiley Street: Police responded at 7:28 a.m. Wednesday to a report of two broken vehicle windows.
    1900 block of Central Park Boulevard: Police responded at 7:19 a.m. Wednesday to a report of a damaged vehicle.

    Leonard Raymond Setser, 33, 1026 Ashland Ave., New Whiteland; arrested on a charge of a parole violation; held without bond.
    Sherry M. Goldsmith, 36, 300 Lincoln St., Apt. 2, Edinburgh; arrested on a charge of probation revocation; held without bond.
    Mickey Nathaniel Michaud, 22, 202 W. Knox St., Mooresville; arrested on charges of driving while suspended with a previous conviction and a parole violation; held without bond.
    Sherman Harold Parks, 22, 25 E. Legrande Ave., Indianapolis; arrested on warrants for failure to appear in court; held without bond.
    James Richard Cook, 21, 111 Shelby Ave., Edinburgh; arrested on charges of contempt of court; held on $1,970 bond.
