100 block of Circle Drive: Police responded at 9:42 a.m. Thursday to a report of a fight between two women. One was arrested.
Criminal mischief
300 block of East Adams Street: Police responded at 2:01 p.m. Thursday to a report of scratched vehicles.
100 block of West Adams Street: Police responded at 8:35 a.m. Thursday to a report of a keyed vehicle.
Fraud
1091 Hospital Road, Franklin: The sheriff’s office received a report of fraud at 3:45 a.m. Friday.
400 block of North Forsythe Street: Police responded at 7:21 p.m. Thursday to a report of a scam on eBay. A person allegedly selling an all-terrain vehicle in the United Kingdom asked for almost $900 in a wire transfer for the sale of an item that eBay said was a scam.
Thefts
Relax Inn, 100 block of Lovers Lane: Police responded at 7:45 a.m. Friday to a report of a stolen trailer with a four-wheeler on it.
1600 block of Francis Street: Police responded at 10:09 a.m. Thursday to a report of unauthorized debits from a checking account.
Personal-injury accident
4:30 p.m. Thursday — Main Street and Martin Place: Anthony A. Winslow III, 27, Franklin, reported a bruised knee, lower leg or foot.

100 block of Winterwood Drive: Police responded at 4:25 p.m. Thursday to a report of burglary.
200 block of Georgetown Road: Police responded at 9:09 a.m. Thursday to a report of burglary at a vacant house.
Criminal mischief
600 block of Park Drive: Police responded at 10:58 a.m. Thursday to a report of someone throwing a rock at a window at a vacant rental property.
900 block of Coventry Court: Police responded at 9:56 a.m. Thursday to a report of criminal mischief to a vehicle.
1200 block of Carson Way: Police responded at 8:41 a.m. Thursday to a report of damage to a truck.
Forgery
First Merchant’s Bank, 996 S. State Road 135: Police responded at 10:34 a.m. Thursday to a report of someone bringing two checks that were reported to have come from a vehicle break-in in Fishers.
Fraud
Sears, 1251 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 5:35 p.m. Thursday to a report of fraud.
Thefts
500 block of Woodland Place: Police responded at 6:33 a.m. Friday to a report of an electrical box, GPS unit, vacuum pump and Social Security card taken from an unlocked vehicle overnight. The approximate value of the stolen items is $830.
600 block of Nicole Drive: Police responded at 2:44 p.m. Thursday to a report of theft.
American Legion, 334 U.S. 31 South: Police responded at 1:12 p.m. Thursday to a report of stolen catalytic converter.
900 block of Spring Meadow Drive: Police responded at 8:28 a.m. Thursday to a report of a ransacked vehicle, but nothing was taken.
900 block of Harvest Court: Police responded at 8:07 a.m. Thursday to a report of a vehicle being ransacked, but nothing was taken.

Battery
1091 Hospital Road, Johnson County jail: Police officers responded at 1:17 a.m. Friday to a report of an inmate who hid a razor on his person. Officers searching him discovered he’d hidden it in his mouth. He spit the razor into the face of an officer. No injury to the officer was listed in the report.
Burglary
3000 block of Santiago Drive: Police responded at 1:03 p.m. Thursday to a report of residential burglary. Someone broke into a garage and stole guns, tires and rims and other items.
Domestic battery
4300 block of West County Line Road: Police responded at 2:12 a.m. Friday to a report of domestic violence. A woman was arrested.
1100 block of Rita Drive, Greenwood: Police responded at 9:22 p.m. Thursday to a report of a woman being hit with a trash can by a man. A man was arrested.
Fraud
100 block of East County Road 775S: Police responded at 3:05 p.m. Thursday to a report of fraud.
Thefts
800 block of South Old U.S. 31, Franklin: Police responded at 3:30 p.m. Thursday to a report of a lost railroad tie.
Sheriff’s Office, 1091 Hospital Road, Franklin: Police received a report at 11:28 a.m. Thursday of a lawn mower and grill.
1000 block of Hospital Road, Franklin: Police responded at 11:14 a.m. Thursday to a report of theft.
300 block of Wakefield Trace: Police responded at 10:19 a.m. Thursday to a report of $50 in change, sunglasses and a cellphone stolen from a vehicle
