Jeffrey Dean Hart, 45, died Sunday, Feb. 17, 2013. He was a resident of Columbus.
He is survived by his mother, Jane Elizabeth (Sharp) Hart of Columbus; a sister, Melissa J. (William) Burton of Columbus; and a grandmother, Anna E. Sharp of Franklin.
He was preceded in death by his father, Dean Roscoe Hart; and grandparents, Orrin H. and Martha Jean Johnson and Claud Sharp.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday at Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home, 302 E. Main Cross St., Edinburgh. There will be no service.
