Vermonia L. Ryan, 82, died Friday, Feb. 15, 2013. She was a resident of Indianapolis.
Survivors include her husband, A. Eugene Ryan; children, Iris (Jack) Purdy, Joseph (Gaye) Ryan, Karen (Joseph) Naughton, Pamela (Jerry) Greeson, Eugene (Marcia) Ryan Jr. and Martin (Rhonda) Ryan; 18 grandchildren; 45 great grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by five grandchildren; three sisters and one brother.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at G. H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave.,Indianapolis. A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis.
