Jackie Lee Camden, 79, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013, in Franklin. He was a longtime resident of Bargersville.
He was born on Jan. 31, 1933, in Indianapolis, the son of Charles Edward and Garnet (Kennedy) Camden.
Jackie is survived by three brothers, John (Sarah) Camden of Indianapolis, Jerry (Sara) Camden of Paragon and Ronald (Barbara) Camden of New Whiteland; one sister, Patsy Sue Carlisle of Gatesville; special niece, Tami (Joe) Higdon of Franklin; his wonderful friends at the Bargersville Group Home and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in passing by his parents; brothers, Freddie Camden, George Camden, Jim Camden and Larry Camden and sisters, Jeanie Roller, Donna Moss and Anna Moss.
Jackie worked at Gateway Services for many years and later at Hillcroft Services in Franklin.
A service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 North Morton Street, (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
