Melissa J. Tempke, 53, died Monday, Dec. 10, 2012. She was a resident of Indianapolis.
Survivors include five siblings, Patricia (Ron) Estell of Greenwood, George (Mary Ann) Tolan of Westfield, Michael (Cecilia) and Daniel (Dorothy) Tolan, both of Indianapolis, and Robert (Janet) Tempke of Benton, Ky.
She was preceded in death by a brother, John Tolan; and her parents, Henry A. and Jessalyn Golden Tempke.
A celebration of life service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Garfield Park Baptist Church, 1061 E. Southern Ave., Indianapolis.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts have been suggested to Garfield Park Baptist Church, 1061 E. Southern Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46203; or the charity of the donor’s choice.
