Lucas Cole Hadley, infant, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012, at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.
Survivors include his parents, Joshua L. Hadley and Allison N. Breedlove of Columbus; grandparents, Willard Junior Hadley and Ben Breedlove, both of Columbus, and Lesley Hignite of North Vernon; and great-grandparents, Phyllis and William Breedlove and Phyllis and Bill Booth, all of Columbus.
He was preceded in death by a grandmother, Debra Hadley; and great-grandparents, Willard and Dorinda Hadley.
The Rev. Guy Hardin will conduct a funeral service at 1 p.m. Friday at Edinburgh Separate Baptist Church, 1010 S. Main St. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Friday at the church. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
Arrangements are being handled by Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh.
