Survivors include her husband, Paul Lewis of Trafalgar.
A celebration of life service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Cottonwood Church, 2523 W. Cottonwood Road, Morgantown, with the Rev. Darrell Miller officiating. Visitation will be from noon until service time Saturday at the church.
