Gertrude H. Dawson, 88, died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012. She was a resident of Greenwood.
She is survived by two sons, Jerry (Paula) and Michael (Linda) Dawson; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Newell (Peggy) Hall Jr.; and a sister, Marilyn (James) Smith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Dawson; and her parents, Newell and Daisy (Byram) Hall Sr.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Greenwood United Methodist Church, 525 N. Madison Ave. Burial was at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
Arrangements were handled by Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service and Crematory, Greenwood Chapel.
