Jane S. Prather, 84, died Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012. She was a resident of Loogootee.
Survivors include her husband, Robert D. Prather; two daughters, Lana Prather of Loogootee and Jill Prather of San Francisco, Calif; and two sons, Brent (Brenda) Prather of Terre Haute and Kerry (Cindy) Prather of Franklin; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Cora (Wagoner) Kays; and five siblings.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. today at St. John’s Catholic Church in Loogootee. Burial will follow in St. John’s Catholic Cemetery.
Brocksmith-Blake Funeral Home in Loogootee handled arrangements.
Memorial donations may be made to the Martin County Community Foundation scholarship fund.
