Judith D. (Ratliff) Sullivan, 73, died Monday, Oct. 22, 2012, in Greenwood. She was a resident of Nineveh.
Judith was born Nov. 13, 1938, to Eugene and Zella (Wall) Ratliff in Indianapolis. She married Arthur Sullivan on July 4, 1957, in Martinsville; they were married for 55 years.
She was employed with Blue Cross and Blue Shield as a claims processor for several years.
Judith enjoyed reading and traveling to Israel. She was a devoted Christian.
Survivors include her husband, Arthur Sullivan of Nineveh; three children, Kevin (Linda) Sullivan of Morgantown, Jerry (Lisa) Sullivan of Wanamaker and Neva (Gary) Hampton of Nineveh; a sister, Sharon Ferraro of Florida; eight grandchildren, Jason Hampton, April Isham, Laura Patenaude, Bethany Sullivan, Joy Anna Lewis, and Erica, Ariel and Ken Sullivan; and 10 great-grandchildren, Micah, Ronnie, Gracey, Lily and Faith Isham, Laura Isabella, Lane Patenaude, and Calvin, Lydia and Knox Hampton.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Charles and Joe Ratliff.
A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at Jessen Funeral Home, Whiteland Chapel, 729 U.S. 31 North. Friends and family may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Youngs Creek Cemetery south of Franklin.
