Zachary Andrew Serles, age 33, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012 in Shelbyville. He was a resident of Shelbyville.
He was born on Feb. 1, 1979 in Indianapolis to Gary Allen Serles and Sharon Elain Rutledge.
He is survived by his parents, Gary Serles of Nineveh and Sharon Rutledge of New Mexico; sister, Amber Renee Serles; children, Josic Elgin Andrew Serles, Brookelyn Renee Serles, Andrew Kyle Shepherd and Corbin Wyatt Serles; paternal grandmother, Donna Stillabower; and materal grandparents, Elgin and Lucille Rutledge.
He was preceded in passing by his grandfather, Richard James Serles.
Zach was a graduate of Franklin Community High School.
He served in the U.S. Army.
He was in sales.
A service will be conducted at 5 p.m. Friday, at Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home, 2898 N. Morton St. (U.S. 31 North) in Franklin. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Inurnment will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
