Patricia D. Gardner of Greenwood announces the engagement of her daughter, Karin Elizabeth Gardner of Greenwood, to Nicholas Anthony Schuh of Beech Grove, son of Susan H. Schuh of Beech Grove and Timothy R. Schuh of Albany, Ore.
Miss Gardner graduated from Northern High School in Owings, Md., in 2000 and attends ITT Technical Institute, where she studies criminal justice. She is employed at the Church of Acts Daycare in Indianapolis.
The future groom graduated from Beech Grove Senior High in 2004 and from Lincoln School of Technology in 2011 with a degree in collision repair.
The wedding is set for Oct. 29 at the rose garden in Province Park in Franklin.
