Stacy and Tony Parky of Franklin and Susan and Jeff Burbank of Trafalgar announce the engagement of their daughter, Ellen Burbank of Indianapolis, to Craig DuKate of Indianapolis, son of Debbie and Michael DuKate of Franklin.
Miss Burbank graduated from Franklin Community High School in 2005 and from Ivy Tech Community College in 2008 with a nursing degree. She is attending George Washington University, majoring in clinical research administration. She is employed at Indiana University Health.
The future groom graduated from Franklin Community High School in 2004 and from Ivy Tech Community College in 2008 with a degree in MIT-electrical engineering. He is attending Liberty University, majoring in business and personal finance. He works at DuKate Fine Remodeling.
The wedding is set for Aug. 4 at Trinity Baptist Church in Southport.
