Mr. and Mrs. Dan Bass of Greenwood will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner and cruise in the summer with their family.
Mr. Bass and his wife, the former Betty Bentley, were married Feb. 4, 1962, at First Baptist Church in Oxford, Ala.
He retired from Eli Lilly and Co.
She is a homemaker.
The couple have four children, Melanie Bass, Cindy (Phil) Taylor, Elizabeth (Steve) Moan and the late David (Susan) Bass; and five grandchildren.
