Mr. Stephens and his wife, the former Connie Stout, were married July 21, 1984, at Speedway Christian Church.
He is employed with Overton Carbide Tool Co.
She is a homemaker.
They have two daughters, Ashley (Tyler) Crane and Chelsea Stephens; and one grandson.
