Mr. and Mrs. Bob Whiteside of Greenwood will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary with a trip they will plan soon.
Mr. Whiteside and his wife, the former Donna Roach, were married July 8, 1972, at Greenwood Christian Church.
He is retired from CSX and LIRC railroads.
She also is retired.
The couple have three children, Shanon Whiteside Mullinix, Tracy Whiteside Guy and Bobby Whiteside; and nine grandchildren.
