Mr. and Mrs. John McMillin of Franklin are celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary with a family cookout.
Mr. McMillin and his wife, the former Arvella Hisle, were married June 28, 1947, at Greenwood Baptist Church.
He retired from Public Service Indiana.
She retired as a bookkeeper and was a homemaker.
The couple have two children, the late Tom McMillin and Linda (David) Church; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
