Nicolee Ann Gillenwater, 33, 3090 N. Morton St., Pennington’s Mobile Home Park, Lot 91, Franklin; arrested on charges of driving while suspended with prior suspension and possession of hypodermic syringe or needle; held on $2,200 bond.
Steven Michael Keown, 57, 750 Lake Shore Road, Franklin; arrested on a charge of violation of community corrections; held without bond.
