1400 block of Hillside Drive: A man reported at 4:35 p.m. Thursday that he had received two credit cards in the mail for accounts he did not open.

- 2660 N. Morton St., Foxes Den Self Storage: A man reported at 2:44 p.m. Thursday that a dolly car hauler parked behind his RV was stolen.
- 440 block of E. Adams St.: A man reported at 10:48 a.m. Thursday that someone had entered his unlocked vehicle and stole a pair of sunglasses.

Fraud
420 block of Clearview Court: Reported at 3:03 p.m. Thursday that a debit card was used by a friend at a casino in the amount over $1,000.
Hit and Run
W. Smith Valley Road and Averitt Road: A woman reported at 3:58 p.m. Thursday that an older pickup truck struck her vehicle as she was turning.
Theft
2940 block of Welcome Way: Reported at 8:48 a.m. Thursday the theft from a vehicle occurred overnight.

Dawn Marie Harder, 53, 386 E. Madison St., Apt. 2, Franklin; arrested on charges of possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish/salvia, paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance-controlled substance/drug paraphernalia; released on $2,000 bond.
Michelle Marie Russell, 40, 386 E. Madison St., Apt. 2, Franklin; arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of hypodermic syringe or needle, visiting a common nuisance-legend drug, possession of paraphernalia and a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $4,900 bond.
Zachary David Byrd, 28, 8157 Railroad Road, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.
Paul K. Bernloehr, 30, 739 E. Harrison St., Martinsville; arrested on charges of theft and criminal mischief; held on $2,200 bond.
