Forgery/counterfeiting
2306 N. Morton St., Freddy’s: A manager reported at 7:48 a.m. Friday that he had received counterfeit bills.
Fraud
2801 N. Morton St., Franklin Police Department: A woman reported at 4:50 p.m. Thursday that a bank account and two credit cards had been open in her name without her permission.
Identity theft
4100 block of Knollwood Ave.: A woman reported at 4:30 p.m. Thursday that an envelope containing her passport had been ripped open and information was missing.
Personal-injury accident
8:08 p.m. Thursday – E. King St. and Paris Drive. Hailey Shrader, 19, Franklin. Shrader reported having pain in her chest.

Thefts
- 300 Marlin Drive, Menards: Reported at 5:22 p.m. Thursday that a man selected two knives and placed them in his pocket and left the store without paying.
- 2100 block of Village Crossing Drive: A woman reported at 4:38 p.m. Thursday that someone stole her Western Union money order from the drop box in front of the leasing office.
- 1080 block of Kings Mill Road: A man reported at 3 p.m. Thursday that someone took a catalytic converter from his vehicle.
- 500 block of Greenway St.: Reported at 12:23 p.m. Thursday a theft of a vehicle.

Davion Isiah White, 22, 2625 S. Rybolt Ave., Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $500 bond.
Ciara Dawn Ison, 24, 602 S. Rybolt Ave., Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $245 bond.
Vanessa R. Kocher, 35, 400 W. Buckingham Drive, Marion; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.
Jonathan L. Bolden, 36, 79 Crestwood Drive, New Whiteland; arrested on charges of carrying a unlawful handgun, driving while suspended with prior conviction, possession of paraphernalia and a warrant for failure to appear in court; held on $3,300 bond.
Bart T. McEntire, 50, 1958 Meyer St., Greenwood; arrested on charges of contempt; released on $1,000 bond.
Jeremy Allen Vare, 45, 1033 E. Washington St., Indianapolis; arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court; held without bond.
