Criminal mischief

800 block of Monroe St.: A man reported at 12:11 a.m. Sunday that someone egged his vehicle for the second time.

Forgery/counterfeiting

80 block of E. Jefferson St.: Owner of the company reported at 11:29 a.m. Friday that someone had cashed a counterfeit check on his companies account. 

Thefts

  • 415 Mallory Parkway, Kohl’s: A loss prevention employee reported at 2:29 p.m. Monday that a woman left the store with unpaid merchandise.
  • 1070 W. Jefferson St., Otterbein Franklin Senior Life: A social worker reported at 1:53 p.m. Monday that money had been stolen from a resident.
  • 1190 block of Hospital Road: A man reported at 10:54 a.m. Monday that his camper door was ajar and two large blue tarps were missing.
  • 10 N. Morton St., Circle K: A man reported at 2:16 p.m. Friday that he left his firearm in the restroom and when he returned the firearm was gone. 
  • 1000 block of Wild Ivy Trail: A man reported at 1:46 p.m. Friday that he left his wallet at a restaurant and when he went to pick the wallet up he found that $260 was missing.
  • 1500 block of Crescent St.: A woman reported at 12:17 p.m. Friday that someone stole several items from her vehicle.

  • 1251 N. U.S. 31, Pink: Reported at 8:21 p.m. Tuesday a theft.
  • 1251 N. U.S. 31, Dicks Sporting Goods: Reported at 6:40 p.m. Tuesday a theft.

Personal-injury accidents

  • 7:59 a.m. Tuesday – State Road 135 S. and Division Road, Bargersville. Kristen Byers, 56, Indianapolis. Byers reported having pain in her back. 
  • 2:43 p.m. Monday – State Road 37 N. and Smith Valley Road, Greenwood. Rachel Moore, 33, Bloomington. Moore reported having pain in her elbow/lower arm.

Property-damage accidents

  • 7 p.m. Monday – 2717 S. Morgantown Road, Greenwood
  • 9:49 a.m. Monday – I-65 N. and mile marker 86, Edinburgh

Theft

1500 block of Oakvista Drive, Greenwood: A woman reported at 7:57 a.m. Tuesday that her vehicle was broken into overnight and several items missing.

The following people were recently arrested and booked into the Johnson County jail:

Kennedy B. Larimore, 22, 8317 Madison Ave., Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.

Christian Ryan Wilkins, 18, 33 Grassy Drive, New Whiteland; arrested on a charge of auto theft; held on $1,200 bond.

Joshua L. Stout, 31, 6136 Wildcat Drive, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.

Deshun Merriweather, 44, 6202 Williamsburg Court, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of probation violation; held without bond.

Joshua Jordan Teggerdine, 24, 1298 S. Alstott Drive, Howell, Michigan; arrested on a charge of theft/receiving stolen property; held on $2,000 bond.

Ronald Uriah Back, 35, 3322 S. County Road 25 W., Trafalgar; arrested on charges of possession of paraphernalia, methamphetamine and warrants for failure to appear in court; held on $5,100 bond.

Ciara F. Miller, 32, 2230 Emerson Knoll 12, Indianapolis; arrested on a charge of theft/receiving stolen property; held on $1,200 bond.

Jason E. VanCleave, 40, 645 Nicklaus Drive, Apt. A, Greenwood; arrested on charges of strangulation, domestic battery and intimidation; held on $3,400 bond.

Robert A. Cossell, 35, 8625 Morgantown Road, Indianapolis; arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and wanted on a out of county warrant; held without bond.

The following people were recently arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and booked into the Johnson County jail:

Allen James Jones, 32, 480 Prosser Drive, Lot 53, Edinburgh; also arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement and driving while suspended with prior conviction; held on $6,400 bond.
