Greenwood police are investigating a report of shots fired at a car from another vehicle on Monday afternoon in Greenwood.
The incident played out about 1:30 p.m. Monday at Polo Run Apartments, southwest of U.S. 31 and County Line Road.
Two men got in a fight outside an apartment building in the 1100 block of Coventry Court, and two shots were fired from a handgun, said Matt Fillenwarth, assistant Greenwood police chief. One of the men fled with a woman in a tan Mustang, which police later stopped, he said.
Police are still investigating, Fillenwarth said.
