A local non-profit organization that helps animals has received a grant.
Allstate sales producer Katrina Alvarado and agency owner Gary Young recently secured a $1,000 Allstate Foundation Helping Hands Grant to support the Humane Society of Johnson County.
The Humane Society of Johnson County is one of thousands of organizations this year to receive Allstate Foundation Helping Hands Grants secured by agency owners, personal financial representatives and licensed sales professionals on behalf of the nonprofits where they volunteer.
