Walmart, 1133 N. Emerson Avenue: Police responded at 6:20 p.m. Sunday to a report of shoplifting. Two people were issued summons to appear in court.

1700 block of Honey Lane: Police responded at 4:04 p.m. Saturday to a report of theft.

Fraud
1100 block of Hospital Road, Franklin: A woman reported at 5:25 p.m. Wednesday that a man purporting to be from the Johnson County Sherriff’s Office called claiming she had a warrant for her arrest for missing jury duty. The man claimed she could clear the warrant by paying the fine in gift cards for a music streaming service. The call was fraudulent.
