Buying a new one of a kind chair, will benefit a local non-profit that helps senior citizens.
Johnson County Senior Services will be hosting the first annual “A Chair Affair to Remember” with Magnolia Boutique. The event starts at 4 p.m. Thursday at Garment Factory Events, 101 East Wayne St., Franklin.
A live chair auction starts at 6:30 p.m. Food will be available for purchase. The live auction will consist of one of a kind creations. Clothing, jewelry and desserts will also be sold.

This event is open to the public and is free to attend.
