A ceremony this weekend will dedicate a memorial to a long time Franklin resident.
The Mike Carter memorial dedication will be 11 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of S. Main Street.
Carter lived in Franklin most of his life and is a previous owner of the Grill Bar. His friends raised the money for the memorial.
