Otterbein Senior Life Center, 1070 W. Jefferson Street: A resident reported at 3:05 p.m. Tuesday that $53 was missing from her wallet.
Fraud
2800 block of U.S. 31: A woman reported at 1:28 p.m. Tuesday that she received an over payment for a cemetery plot she was selling online. The buyer instructed her to cash the check and send the remaining money to an out of state address. The check was fraudulent.
