The IHSAA unveiled the postseason brackets for boys and girls soccer on Sunday evening.
In the Class 3A boys sectional at Center Grove, the host Trojans will face Southport in the opening round. Should they advance, they’d face the Franklin-Perry Meridian in the semifinal round. Whiteland drew a first-round bye and will get the Greenwood-Roncalli winner in the other semi.
Greenwood Christian opens Class A sectional play against Oldenburg Academy at Southwestern (Shelbyville). A win would put the No. 6 Cougars in a semifinal against Indianapolis Lutheran or Hauser.
Host Franklin drew a first-round bye in the Class 3A girls sectional and will face Columbus North in one semifinal. The other will pit the Greenwood-Center Grove winner against Whiteland or Columbus East.
In Class A, Greenwood Christian opens with Indianapolis Washington and would face either International or Speedway in the semifinal round if it wins.
The boys begin tournament play next Monday, with the girls starting a day later.
