100 block of Commerce Drive: A man reported at 10:41 a.m. Thursday that his company credit card was used to order several pizzas.
900 block of Creekwood Lane: A woman reported at 11:18 a.m. Thursday that a female acquaintance used her bank card to pay for calls made to an inmate in the Johnson County jail.
2800 block of Morton Street: A man reported at 11:30 a.m. Thursday that someone made multiple ATM withdraws using his bank card. He said he still has possession of the card, and has not given it to anyone.

900 block of E. Drybread Lane, Nineveh: A man reported at 9:13 a.m. Thursday that his shotgun was missing.

1:05 p.m. Thursday — County Road 400 E. and County Road 1000 N., Greenwood. Ann Seacat, 65, Greenwood and Mark Powell, 38, Greenwood. Seacat reported back pain. Powell reported elbow / lower arm pain. Passenger Pauline Manship, 87, Paoli, reported full body pain.
