Noah Sirkin, fifth grader at Isom Elementary School in Greenwood, will also compete in the Johnson County Spelling Bee. He is the son of Marc and Mariah Sirkin. Sirkin is one of 20 students in grades three to five across the county who will compete in tonight’s spelling bee, sponsored by the Daily Journal and the Franklin Community Teachers’ Association. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. at Needham Elementary School.
Nobody covers Johnson County and the surrounding areas like the Daily Journal.
