Trojans win at Hickory Stick
Facing a strong field, Center Grove pulled out a one-stroke victory against Carmel in the Trojan Classic on Saturday at Hickory Stick.
Sam Jean shot a 66 to lead all players as Center Grove finished with a 285, one up on the Greyhounds. The Trojans also got a 72 from Alex Heck, 73 from Logan Anderson and 74 from Noah Gillard.
Franklin placed fourth in the 10-team field with a 309. Javan Johnson and Matt Jordan paced the Grizzly Cubs with rounds of 76, while Damon Dickey added a 78 and Blake McIntire shot 80.
